Our Café offers an assortment of gourmet snacks, healthy sandwiches and sinful treats for visitors while providing an ideal setting for parties, bridal luncheons and corporate events. Below is a sampling of our menu, as it changes often.

BREAKFAST:

Individual Tanquil Yogurt Parfait: Assorted seasonal fresh fruit, low fat yogurt, and low fat granola $3.95
Strawberry Banana Waffles: Sweet Honey Vanilla Waffles topped with fresh strawberries, and bananas. Topped with a dollop of blueberry scented low-fat yogurt and granola. $6.95

Rhode Island Johnnycake: a Kenyon Johnnycake served simply with light maple syrup. $6.95

LUNCH:
SOUPS / SALAD:

Homemade chicken and vegetable with rice, or soup of the day C.$3.50 B. $4.95

Tranquil Water House Salad: Field greens dressed in a fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil (or dressing of choice), with balsamic marinated plum tomatoes, thin sliced red onions, cucumber, topped with sunflower seed hearts and fresh cracked pepper. $5.95

Asian Ginger Salad: Mixed field greens, with slow roasted tomatoes, waters chestnuts, sliced red onions, almonds, and manderin orange slices. $5.95

Thin Sliced Cajun Roast Beef, Caramelized Onions, Brie, Slow Oven Roasted Tomato, with a light roasted garlic aioli on an Onion Kaiser Roll.

Thin Sliced Turkey Breast, Bacon, Slow Oven Roasted Tomato, Avacado, Swiss, and a red pepper sage coulis.

PANINI: Sliced Chicken, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Marinated Tomatoes, with a basil roasted garlic oil on a grilled foccacia or 7 grain sliced bread.
